This strongly bold new design Oblique Type machine is compact in size, easy to operate, saves precious space in the factory, economical, labour saving and less maintenance required.
The machine has Hydraulic / Motorized self-loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts for paper reels are provided.

Rolls -

• Flute rolls, the most important features of the machine are minutely finished, give perfect formation on the board.
• The flute rolls are mounted on Heavy Duty Spherical Roller Bearings for longer life.
• The flute rolls are made of the special best quality of steel for better performance and life.
• Two sets of any two types of flute roll for immediate and trouble-free changeover of fluting medium in just a few minutes with motorized lifting and lowering of flute roll assembly.

• Once the flute rolls are set no adjustments are to be made and no fine-tuning is required.
• When the rolls are hot the foolproof design of cartridge roll change can be routinely & safely accomplished, even by fewer experience crews.
• This quick capability of changing flute rolls allows the box to plant a great flexibility. Its ability offers the customer to choose the flute profile of their need as per the requirements.
• The machine is recommended to be used on steam heating or thermic fluid heating system. All moving parts are protected by safety guards.

Single Face Vertical Type Corrugation Machine, simple to operate with manual loading, twin shaft reel stand. The output of the machine is approximately 5o RFT per minute.

In this machine, the single face web, after an application mechanism had applied adhesive to the flute tips, was brought into contact with the double face liner at the entry of the machine, and the combined webs then drawn over a series of heated plates by an arrangemrnt of top and bottom heavy woven cotton belts.
Immediately following the hot plate section was a tractor, cooling temperering section, where the combined web was supported by a bottom belt carried on a bed of idlers. Both top and bottom belts were powered by a pair of driven puller Roll at the rear of the machine.The top belt, ballasted by a series of idlers, extended the full length of the machine. Over the heating section this arrangenment kept the corrugated web in intimate contact with the heated plates, providing for good heat transfer and holding the single face web and the bottom liner in firm engagement. this firm engagement, vital to good bond, was maintained also in the tractor, cooling-tampering section, which conveyed the web without slippage and crushing to the cut-off mechanism.

This is In Line Combined Automatic Paper Corrugated Board Making Plant. It mainly includes Mill Roll Stand, Single Facer, Take -up Unit, Over-head Bridge, Glue unit, Double Facer, Slitter Scorer, Cut-Off and plant, it has auxiliary equipments which includes Steam (or Oil) Heating System, Glue preparing and supplying system, Rails and carriages, Main Drive, Pre-conditioner, Multi pre-heater, Electrical Control provided. To meet different requirements we have production line at the speed of 50 Meters, 60 Meters & 100 Meters per minute.
